JULY AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT Beautiful property beachside of San Pedro Alcantara a few meters from the paseo and sea which is dotted with well established chiringuitos and restaurants and bars. The town is a mere 5 minute walk away and its a flat walk. There are blue cycle lanes all around making cycling very safe and you can hire bikes per day locally. The walk along the paseo into Puerto Banus is lovely and takes about 20 minutes. A great location to park up the car and walk everywhere on foot to soak up this wonderful part of the Costa Del Sol. Located in a secure gated urbanisaion one of the most sought after in this part of the coast. There is a communal swimming pool and a childrens pool also. The apartment is accessed via a lift from the underground parking and is located on the first floor and is direct South facing. Half the terrace is covered and the other half is open with a toldo over. There are 3 double rooms in the property that accommodate 6 comfortably and in addition there is a sofa bed double in size in the living room so the apartment sleeps 8 easily. There is an ensuite bathroom which has recently been renovated to a very high standard,and family shower room which has also been renovated to a high standard and a guest WC. There is a flat screen TV and fibre optic in the living room. Dining table inside and outside and an outside sofa also. The kitchen is fully equipped with the best quality appliances and is modern black high gloss. A superb location and comfortable for a couple or a larger family.
